Summer Season Rates (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

• These prices include the entire 3-bedroom/2-bath house with each bedroom having either 2 twins or 1 king-sized bed in it. It is stocked with a washer/dryer, WI-FI, Satellite TV, barbeque, large deck, fire pit, towels and a fully equipped kitchen.
  
  
• Guesthouse “The Nest”:
             $250 + $7.50 sales tax= $257.50 per night (2 night minimum)
             $25 extra for each person after 4
• Guesthouse “The Raven”:
              $300 + $9 sales tax= $309 per night (2 night minimum)
              $25 extra for each person after 4
• Apartment “The Lookout”
              $200 per night, $1200 per week up to 4 people (2 night min.)

Shoulder Season Rates (May & September - until Memorial Day and after Labor Day)

• Guesthouse “The Nest”:
              $150 + $4.50 sales tax= $154.50 per night (2 night minimum)
              $25 extra for each person after 2

• Guesthouse “The Raven”:
              $200 + $6 sales tax= $206 per night (2 night minimum)
              $25 extra for each person after 4

• Apartment “The Lookout”
              $150 per night, $1000 per week (2 night min.)

Winter (rented monthly) (October – April)
          $200 for 1 night or $150 per night for 2 or more nights (also may be available as a monthly rental)

Policies: No smoking or pets in the house, long distance calls may be made on the phone with a calling card
Reservation Policy: 50% deposit required to hold reservation at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be collected at the time of your stay.  You can use credit card or check. 
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs once a trip is booked 50% will be charged. If the dates can be rebooked a full refund will be issued.
Damage: Tenants are responsible for any damage to premises
